FAQs
If I recently had a headshot taken, can I just use that one?
As much as we would like to say yes, please schedule a time to come in for your 5-minute photo session. Our aim is to capture official portraits of all our providers wearing new lab coats and against the same new color background reflecting our new brand color. Additionally, if you are a patient-facing Medical Group physician or APP, please also sign up to film a new video, reflecting our new brand lab coats and colors.
What do I do if I have an issue with my password or login not found?
If you are copying and pasting the password from the invite, you’ll want to make sure you’re not highlighting beyond the last character of the password. If you highlight beyond that, it will add an extra character (the space after) and result in a bad password. Please email ProviderPhoto@northshore.org for any issues signing in or scheduling.
Do I have to schedule my photo/video session at a specific location?
No. Please choose the location, date and time that works best for you.
How much time will this take?
Each photo session will take about 5 minutes and each video shoot will take about 25 minutes.
What should I wear for my photo and/or video session?
We will be providing new, freshly pressed lab coats, so feel free to just bring yourself and your personality. And, of course you can bring your own new lab coat, if you wish. When choosing what to wear underneath your lab coat, solid colors look best. We will have an optional hair and makeup artist to help you look your best self, if you are interested.
Can I reschedule my photo or video shoot if I have a conflict?
Yes. If you are running late or can’t make your appointment, we will try to fit you in on the same day. But if you would like to reschedule, log into the scheduling tool, and find a new time that works best for you.
Will I be able to review my photo and/or video?
Yes. You will receive a link with your photo and/or video to review and approve.
Does every provider get a photo?
Yes. We are asking every single physician and APP who is part of Endeavor Health, whether you are in the Medical Group or an affiliate, to sign up for a portrait photo session. We are looking for 100% participation. These photos will be used in the profile section of our new website, as well as for other Endeavor Health growth and marketing initiatives.
Which providers can sign up for a video shoot?
Endeavor Health Medical Group physicians and APPs who are patient-facing and currently accepting new patients are invited to sign up for a video session to shoot a 1-minute video.
How do you define patient-facing?
Endeavor Health Medical Group physicians and APPs with their own patient panels are patient-facing. If you have your own patient panel, this means you should sign up for a photo and a video for your profile page. If you do not have your own patient panel, you will still need to have a new head shot taken, as photos are used for many system growth and marketing initiatives.
I am an Endeavor Health Medical Group patient-facing provider, but my panel is closed. Do still need to participate?
Yes. You still need to have a new head shot taken, as photos are used for many system growth and marketing initiatives.
What can I do to make the best possible profile photo and/or video?
We recognize that many of you may feel unsure about appearing in a video production. Please know that our team of professionals will guide you through the shoot with expertise and empathy. The crew will include a director/producer, camera operator, sound engineer, project manager and hair and makeup artist. Their goal is to help you make a quality video that lets your personality and expertise shine.
In your video interview, feel free to pause and gather your thoughts or clarify a question. We are not shooting this live and can edit around your phrasing and any pauses. Feel free to take your time when answering questions. If you want to think about the questions ahead of time, please see below.
What video profile questions will you ask?
You will be asked some or all of the following profile questions. As a best practice, the video director will ask you to repeat the entire question before you start your answer. The director will also ask you to look straight into the camera lens when you answer. Making eye contact with the viewer helps provide a warm and personal approach to help you maximize your connection with patients, current and future.
